The estimation of spacecraft motion parameters using linear-filtering algorithms is considered. Formulas are obtained for the calculation of estimation errors due to inaccurate information about acceleration and the third time-coordinate derivative. These formulas are used for the optimal selection of the time interval between measurements of filter parameters to obtain estimates with the required accuracy.
