The objective of the present paper is to prove the existence of a magnetospheric signal along an earth-to-earth path, on the basis of a generalization of all of the magnetospheric-signal data obtained within the territory of the Soviet Union starting with 1968 - the year where the scientific research ship 'Borovichi' was first positioned in the region magnetically conjugate to Gor'kii. The propagation of short-wave signals is studied for high and low solar activity periods
