We summarize constraints and outline a model for the evolution of the
ureilite parent body. Superchondritic Ca/Al in ureilite precursor
material may result from aqueous alteration/dehydration, as in dark
inclusions in Allende. Ureilites derive from an offspring of the parent
body.
