A new idea to observe solar limb events at microwave bands is proposed
to study the radio signatures in flares or CMEs. The elliptical
polarization is predicted in the tranverse propagation of radio
emissions, which may be helpful for diagnosis of coronal magnetic field
under different radiation mechanisms.
