With the aim of establishing the Interplanetary Current Sheet local structure and its evolution during the rising phase of the Solar Cycle 23, a systematic analysis of interplanetary magnetic field and solar wind features, around current sheet crossings, has been performed. In this paper, we present the preliminary results of current sheet crossings from just before solar minimum of Cycle 22 (1995, January), to near solar maximum of Cycle 23.
