A microscopic origin of magnetic field in quark matter is discussed.
Manifestation of ferro- magnetism in quark matter is suggested with the
one-gluon-exchange interaction or an effective interaction. Magnetic
field due to ferromagnetic quark matter amounts to O(10 15-17 G),
which is enough to magnetars.
