Super-Kamiokande is a 50,000 ton water Cherenkov detector for atmospheric, solar and supernova neutrinos as well as for a search of proton decay. Based on more than 700-day data of atmospheric neutrinos, we obtained the following results: (1)the observed ratio mu/e is significantly smaller than the expected one, (2)a strong deficit of upward-going mu compared to downward-going mu, (3)a clear east-west effect of e-like events consistent with expectation. These results are quantitatively reproduced with the assumption of nu_mu -----> nu_tau oscillation while the case for no oscillation is completely ruled out. We have analyzed more than 700-day solar-neutrino data with E_vis >= q 5.5 MeV. There is a strong indication that the electron E_vis distribution does not follow the one expected from the ^8B neutrinos. Its implication on the solar neutrino problem will be discussed.
