A GCR-induced photon luminescence is demonstrated to exist on the Moon.
Its spectrum is derived and shown to exist in the upper X-ray and lower
gamma-ray portion of the electromagnetic spectrum - detectable during
total lunar night (no sunlight, Earthshine).
