A model of the gas-grain interaction describing deuterium chemistry in dense interstellar clouds was extended to include the grain-surface formation of molecules bearing two or more deuterium atoms. It is found that a large degree of fractionation occurs in multideuterated species, which implies that NHD2, for example, should be detectable in hot core regions.
