The orbital period studies of the Algol-type binaries KO Aql and BO Gem, based on the published times of minima are presented. The O-C residuals were analyzed and the plausible mechanisms producing the O-C variations for the both systems were discussed. It is found that the O-C variations of both KO Aql and BO Gem can be represented by a parabolic and a periodic term. The parabolic variation indicates a secular increase in the orbital period due to the mass transfer from the less massive component to the more massive one, while the cyclic nature can be explained by the presence of an additional component.
