A study of the undersampling problem of the Hubble Space Telescope (HST) Wide Field and Planetary Camera (WFPC) is underway at the ST-ECF tackling the question of how to optimally design WFPC imaging observations. This contribution outlines some of the questions related to undersampled imagery and qualitatively discusses some observing strategies for overcoming the undersampling problem.
