In this paper the statistical analysis of mirror segments' spatial
fluctuations depending on noises of their own sensors is given. The
research is executed for round and hexagonal mirror elements. The
received results permit us to predict the main limitation on
stabilization accuracy for various control systems of segmented mirrors.
