Baryogenesis in the inflationary universe is investigated in the standard SU(5) GUT. It is shown that Ti >~ 1011GeV (Ti is the reheating temperature) is required to explain the observed baryon to entropy ratio (nB/s), and that the sign of nB/s depends on Ti.
