Three-dimensional (3-D) full-particle simulations have been investigated varying the ion-to-electron mass ratio M, and the initial current sheet half thickness D (normalized by the ion inertial length), in the presence of a moderate guide field. Quick magnetic reconnection triggering (QMRT) is mediated by coupling to the Lower-hybrid drift instability (LHDI) and is attained as quickly as the LHDI time scale. At (M, D) = (400, 0.35) and (1836, 0.2) QMRT is attained by way of the thin current layer formation at the center of the current sheet in reaction to the LHDI activity. On the contrary at (M, D) = (400, 0.42) and (1836, 0.25) no current concentration at the center is available despite that the LHDI activity is still active. Meanwhile, the bifurcated current layer formation is set up outside the local electron Larmor radius zone from the center of the current sheet. Comparison of the temporal development of the current density between M = 400 and 1836 is found that the current density pretty well scaled using the electron Alfven velocity.
