Numerical solutions have been obtained for the one-dimensional
atmospheric electromagnetic cascade diffusion equations, including the
Landau-Pomeranchuk-Migdal and screening effects. Spectra produced by
primary gamma rays of various energies are given at a number of depths
in the atmosphere.
