An invariant transformation of the relative photoelectron spectrum in the ionosphere is proposed on the basis of satellite data. A reduced photoelectron spectrum is obtained which makes it possible to determine (within accuracy limits of 25-50 percent) the relative photoelectron spectrum at heights of 150-400 km and solar zenith angles of 0-90 deg. This reduced spectrum is invariant with respect to solar and geophysical conditions.
