The B/C ratio in the Galactic Cosmic Rays (GCR) is widely employed to trace the light element propagation through the galaxy since boron is a secondary element produced by spallation of heavier C, N, and O nuclei. The lithium isotopes are also the products of the CNO spallation and can be used to provide additional, independent measures of the secondary/primary ratio. The lithium isotopic abundances measured in the kinetic energy range ~ 40 - 140 MeV/nucleon by the Cosmic Ray Isotope Spectrometer on the ACE spacecraft are used to test whether these two measures of GCR propagation are consistent within the framework of the leaky box propagation model.
