Depending on the solar wind conditions, Titan spends a significant fraction of its orbital period in the Saturnian magnetosheath and in the magnetosphere. This talk explores the various plasma conditions encountered by Titan and Titan's highly variable plasma interactions under these conditions. We also show detailed simulations of Titan's global plasma interaction including its main ionosphere region, and compare the simulation results with in-situ observations obtained with the Cassini/Huygens mission. We conclude that the overall agreement is quite good, but there are still many physical processes to be understood.
