A possible range of the abundance of radioactive nuclei in CO and ONeMg nova ejecta was found via kinetic computations of the thermonuclear burning in the one-zone hydrogen-rich envelope. We calculate the light curve of the annihilation line for various conditions and found that the principal parameter responsible for the uncertainty of the predicted flux is the mixing degree. The annihilation line observations of 18F and an independent estimate of the total amount of synthesised 18F from 18O may be used to assess the mixing degree of radioactive nuclei in the envelope. .
