The authors reexamine and extend the study of nucleosynthesis in the
most massive WC stars, since this unique class of objects seems to offer
a natural explanation for the 12C, 22Ne,
25Mg and 26Mg excesses inferred at the cosmic-ray
sources w.r.t. solar system.
