Statistical studies of the evolution of X-ray radiation of 273 objects (235 quasars and 38 type 1 Seyfert galaxies) in the 0.5 - 4.5 keV band observed from the Einstein Satellite are carried out. The relationships of luminosities in various wave bands with redshift z and among themselves are studied. The implications of quasar properties are analysed.
