The cases of observations of minor quasistationary solar protons with
energies above 30 MeV are described. The minor fluxes are discriminated
in interplanetary medium by the difference method. They are observed
during small Forbush-decreases in the galactic cosmic ray intensity. The
relationship of the effect to solar activity is analyzed.
