Evolution of the negative density fluctuations in the niverse is investigated numerically in a general relativistic method. Small scale perturbations are smoothed out by the dissipation effects as is described in the linear theory. Larger ones, however, develop into the nonlinear evolution stage and peculiar general relativistic spacetime structure---``bottle neck'' structure---is formed. Criterion of the formation of this structure is derived. This structure may provide the general relativistic final state for the nonlinear negative density perturbations as well as the black hole for the positive ones.
