In Kaluza-Klein cosmology with metric form R × S3 × Sn (n>=2), if there is a positive cosmological constant, the ``ground state`` proposal for the quantum state of the universety of Hartle and Hawking implies that the most probable evolution of the universe must have a given constant size of S3 or Sn sector.
