A new method for moving celestial body identification was elaborated at Pulkovo Observatory by means of taking into consideration of the first and the second derivatives of its spherical coordinates or with the use of Pulkovo Apparent Motion Parameters (AMPs), namely an angular velocity, angular acceleration, position angle and a curvature of its visible trajectory. Method was tested with a vast simulation and may be recommended for real observational practice.
