The two-point correlation function and the velocity field are investigated in the two-dimensional numerical modelling of the adiabatic theory of formation of galaxies under the presence of collisionless particles. The correlation function during nonlinear clustering remains small by amplitude at radii comparable to the scale of the cluster. It is revealed that the behaviour of the correlation function in the small-amplitude region leads to a sharp break or to a change of the slope of the power asymptotics. It is shown that the velocities associated with large voids are much smaller than the diameter of the void divided by the Hubble time-scale.
