We demonstrate explicitly that some recent calculations of atomic electric
dipole moments (EDM) are incomplete. A contribution overlooked therein is
pointed out. When included, it cancels exactly the result of those
calculations, and thus restores the standard conclusions for nuclear EDM in
atoms.
