Intercluster interactions potentials which describe the resonant nature of some phases shifts of the elastic n7Li-scattering at low energies and the ground P2-state of the nucleus 8Li in a cluster n7Li-channel was constructed. In the potential cluster model (PCM) the possibility of describing the total cross sections of radiation n7Li{\to}8Li{\gamma}capture in the region from 5 meV to 1 MeV including resonance at 0.25 MeV was shown. Papers are given in two languages - Russian and English.
