A relativistic Green's function and a distorted-wave impulse-approximation
approach to charged- and neutral-current neutrino-nucleus quasielastic
scattering are developed. Results for the neutrino (antineutrino) reactions on
$^{16}$O and $^{12}$C target nuclei are presented and discussed.
