We study the the effects of non-universal extra dimensions on the electric
dipole moments of fermions in the two Higgs doublet model. We observe that the
t quark and b quark electric dipole moments are sensitive to the extra
dimensions, however, in the case of charged lepton electric dipole moments,
this sensitivity is relatively weak.
