A description is given of BTeV, a proposed program at the Fermilab collider sited at the C0 intersection region. The main goals are measurement of mixing, CP violation and rare decays in both the $b$ and charm systems. The detector is a two-arm-forward spectrometer capable of triggering on detached vertices and dileptons, and possessing excellent particle identification, electron, photon and muon detection.
