The nonzero and relatively large $\theta_{13}$ have been reported by T2K, MINOS, and Double Chooz Collaborations. In order to accommodate the nonzero $\theta_{13}$, we modified the tribimaximal, bimaximal, and democratic neutrino mixing matrix. From three modified neutrino mixing matrices, only the modified democratic mixing matrices can produce nonzero $\theta_{13}$ which are compatible with the result of T2K experiment. The modified tribimaximal neutrino mixing matrix predicts the value of $\theta_{13}$ greater than the upper bound value of T2K experiment, meanwhile the modified bimaximal neutrino mixing matrix predicts the value of $\theta_{13}$ below the lower bound of T2K experiment. If we use the modified neutrino mixing matrices to obtain the neutrino mass matrices and impose an additional assumption that the neutrino mass matrices have two texture zeros (($M_{\nu})_{\mu\mu}=(M_{\nu})_{\tau\tau}=0$), then we obtain the neutrino mass in normal hierarchy from modified tribimaximal neutrino mixing matrix and neutrino mass matrix from the modified democratic neutrino mixing matrix is neither normal nor inverted hierarchy. Both neutrino mass matrices which are obtained from the modified tribimaximal and the democratic neutrino mixing matrices can predicts a small value of $(M_{\nu})_{ee}$ that can be tested in the forthcoming neutrinoless double beta decay experiment.
