In the framework of Quark-Gluon-String Model (QGSM) we calculate the
inclusive spectra of meson and baryons with open charm in hadron-hadron
collisions, obtained by SELEX and BEATRICE collaborations, taking into account
the decays of corresponding S-wave resonances.
