I present an outlook for the next twenty years in particle physics. I start
with the big questions in our field, broken down into four categories:
horizontal, vertical, heaven, and hell. Then I discuss how we attack the big
questions in each category during the next twenty years. I argue for a synergy
between many different approaches taken in our field.
