A generalization of $A_r$ statistics is proposed and developed. The
generalized $A_r$ quantum statistics is completely specified by a set of
Jacobson generators satisfying a set of triple algebraic relations.
Fock-Hilbert representations and Bargmann-Fock realizations are derived.
