In the present paper, we discuss the bottomonium production within the CO model in NLO at LHC energies. We calculate the production and the transverse momentum distributions of the $\chi_{1,2b}$ states. We found, that the ratios of bottomonium and charmonium spin states are fundamentally complementary at different $p_T$ scales. We give a predictions on the ratio of the $n=2$ and $n=1$ radial excitations production.
