Consistent interactions of spin 3/2 field that realize a nilpotent spinorial
symmetry are presented. Based on our previous results on purely bosonic
non-Abelian tensor with consistent interactions, we present a new system for
interacting spin 3/2 field that realizes the nilpotent fermionic symmetry.
