The nonlocal theory of accelerated systems is extended to the propagation of
Dirac particles. The implications of nonlocality for the phenomenon of
spin-rotation coupling are discussed. The Lorentz-invariant nonlocal Dirac
equation is presented for certain special classes of accelerated observers.
