This paper presents a C*-algebraic approach to supersymmetry. We introduce two different classes of supersymmetric C*-dynamical systems that correspond to fermion lattice models with hidden supersymmetry Case (I) and to supersymmetric quantum field theories Case (II). Each of them is studied in details with some concrete examples provided. We discuss the realization of supersymmetric relations in the cyclic representations of supersymmetric states. By using this, we obtain some general properties of supersymmetric states.
