The presented path to PDFs extraction, via global analysis of data, is based on preassumed form of parametric PDFs. In this paper, PDFs are obtained at a chosen $ Q^2 $, and at $x_i, i=1,..., n$ of the analyzed data points by solving the numerically singular system of decomposition equations of the data points each at a given $(x_i, {Q_{ij}}^2)$ of the data. In each equation, the corresponding data point is decomposed into its pdf components, evolved from the set of unknowns at $(x_i, Q^2), i=1, ..., n$ to the required $(x_i, {Q_{ij}}^2), i=1, ..., n, j=1, ..., n_i$, via our linear algebraic (matrix) solution to DGLAP evolution equations.
