We perform the Hamiltonian analysis of some form of the non-linear massive gravity action that is formulated in the Stuckelberg formalism. We find algebra of constraints and we show that it has the form that corresponds to the fully diffeomorphism invariant theory. On the other hand we are not able to identify additional constraints so that this theory possesses five degrees of freedom corresponging to the physical content of the massive gravity and one additional scalar mode.
