The T-reversal-violating optical gyrotropy is discussed. An expression for
dielectric permittivity describing T-reversal-violating phenomena in a medium
exposed to external electric and magnetic fields is presented. Optical
phenomena of birefringence and polarization plane rotation of photon in a
medium exposed to external electric and magnetic fields are considered.
