After briefly reviewing how data indicated that factorization seems to work
in observed two body charmless modes, {\it if one takes $\gamma \gtap
90^\circ$}, we point out that the $K^0\pi^0$ mode seems too large. This and
other hints suggest that perhaps not only $\gamma$ is large, but rescattering
phase $\delta$ could be sizable as well.
