The relativistic generalization of Faddeev-Yakubovsky approach is constructed
in the form of the dispersion relations. The five-quark amplitudes for the
low-lying pentaquarks contain u,d,s-quarks. The poles of these amplitudes
determine the masses and widths of Theta-pentaquarks.
