In this talk I discuss and clarify some issues concerning chiral and
nonchiral properties of the one-dimensional supermultiplets of the N-Extended
Supersymmetry. Quaternionic chirality can be defined for N=4,5,6,7,8.
Octonionic chirality for N=8 and beyond. Inequivalent chiralities only arise
when considering several copies of N=4 or N=8 supermultiplets.
