no reference bases are distinguished. b) Imperfect teleportation and the
composition rule. The ancilla is supposed pure but otherwise arbitrary. c)
Quantum telportation with distributed measurements. d) Remarks on EPR with a
mixed state, triggered by a Lueders measurement.
