Effects of light ray deviation and radiosignal delay (Shapiro's effect) are considered in a centrosymmetrical metric generalizing Fock's harmonic metric and having the second constant (which is proportional to a body radius). It is shown that this constant (depending from a central body structure) obviously is in expressions obtained for both effects and so may be determined in principle from the motion of light.
