By using the WKB approximation we construct a wave packet in a friedmannian minisuperspace with minimally coupled scalar matter field. For a large world radius the packet describes a nearly classical world, while it disappears near vanishing world radius. The paper should be considered as a contribution to a reanalysis of the boundary conditions of the Wheeler-DeWitt equation.
