A detailed solar geophysical index for 1988 through 1989 is given. Data for January 1989 includes: (1) IUWDS (International Ursigram and World Days Service) alert periods (advance and worldwide); (2) solar activity indices; (3) solar flares; (4) solar radio emission; and (5) Stanford mean solar magnetic field graphs. Data for December 1988 includes: (1) solar active regions; (2) sudden ionospheric disturbances; (3) solar radio spectral observations; (4) cosmic ray measurements by neutron monitor; (5) geomagnetic indices; and (6) radio propagation indices. Other data reported includes solar radio emissions, cosmic ray measurements by neutron monitor (errata), and geomagnetic sudden commencements.
