We present a method of solving three-dimensional constraint equations of Einstein equation in (3+1)-formalism using Cartesian coordinates. No symmetry is assumed and thereby arbitrary distributions of density and momentum can be considered. Since the constraint equation is a system of non-linear elliptic equations, we present a method of solving non-linear elliptic equations. Initial data of colliding two neutron stars, just contacting and rigidly rotating around the center of mass with Keplerian angular velocity, is solved by means of this method.
